Review Reply Generator is an AI-powered tool that helps business owners generate professional replies to customer reviews. The service is available in two tiers:
Free Plan: 3 AI-generated reply sets per day at no cost. No account required.
Pro Plan: Unlimited AI-generated reply sets per month for a subscription fee of ₹499/month (Indian customers) or $6.99/month (international customers).
3. Use of the Tool
You agree to use Review Reply Generator only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the tool to generate replies that are false, misleading or defamatory
- Use the tool to harass, abuse or harm any individual or business
- Attempt to bypass the free usage limit through technical means
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the tool
- Resell or commercially redistribute AI-generated replies as your own product
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the tool
4. AI Generated Content
The replies generated by our tool are created by artificial intelligence. By using our tool you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated replies are suggestions only and should be reviewed before publishing
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness or effectiveness of any generated reply
- You are solely responsible for any reply you choose to publish on Google or any other platform
- You should always review and edit AI-generated content before use
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies
5. Subscription and Payments
Pro Plan — Indian customers: The Pro Plan is available for ₹499 per month, billed monthly through Razorpay.
Pro Plan — International customers: The Pro Plan is available for $6.99 per month, billed monthly through PayPal.
Billing: Your subscription will be billed on the same date each month from the date of your first payment.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the Pro Plan. To request a refund contact support@reviewreplygenerator.com within 7 days of your first payment.
6. Intellectual Property
The Review Reply Generator tool, website design, logo and all original content on www.reviewreplygenerator.com are the intellectual property of Review Reply Generator and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The AI-generated replies produced by our tool using your input are yours to use freely for your business purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Review Reply Generator shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool
- Any loss of business, revenue or reputation resulting from AI-generated replies
- Any downtime, errors or interruptions in the service
- Any actions taken by third party platforms including Google in response to your review replies
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Review Reply Generator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the AI-generated replies will meet your specific requirements.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
